- Keep CRM immaculate, own pipeline targets, and report on demo/SQL conversion.
- 2+ yrs inside sales/BDM experience with fluent English & Hindi communication.
SDE II – Backend
Design and ship the ingestion, ranking, and analytics services that power Palladium’s intelligence stack.
- Build scalable APIs & pipelines (Python, Postgres, Redis, queues) with data as the product.
- Instrument performance, own deployments, and automate monitoring/alerts.
- Collaborate with founders, design, and GTM to turn specs into production features.
- Bring 2–4 yrs of backend experience shipping production systems in a product-led team.
