Business Development Manager (Enterprise Accounts)
Drive enterprise sales for Primenumbers' AI business-intelligence platform — owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll engage senior stakeholders (VPs, CXOs, and Heads of Department) and thrive in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. 5 days onsite · 2–4 years experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition through outbound channels — cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers (VPs, CXOs, and Heads of Department).
- Conduct impactful product demonstrations and articulate value propositions effectively.
- Understand client business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Leverage internal tools and data sources to identify high-potential prospects.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in outbound/inside sales, preferably in SaaS, IT, or technology sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven B2B sales experience and understanding of sales cycles.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in BTech, BE, BCA, BSc, or related fields).
